The making of Aburaage

The creation of aburaage is an exercise in precision and tradition. Each tofu pouch, essential to our Inari sushi, starts from carefully selected soybeans. These beans are transformed into thin, delicate sheets, which are then deep-fried to perfection, achieving a beautiful golden-brown. This process not only brings out the tofu's innate flavors but also gives it a texture that is both feather-light and crisply chewy.
